  Our experience with Willow Canyon properties is twofold. When we moved into a great home they managed but we had been initially told several things that turned out to not be true. Like some information about utilities, some other fee`s etc, supposedly included with rent but were not. One major pain was the sewer bill. The city does not furnish a paper (or paperless) bill for renters. You have to remember to pay it OR have Willow Canyon do it, for a fee of course. Out of everyone one there, only one person treated us with dignity and respect, and helped us when needed. Others were usually rude. We went without water for over a day a few weeks after we moved in until I repaired the leak outside as our "maintenance man" was the home owner who tried to repair it. A light in the kitchen was also never repaired after inquires. When we moved out, like many others here, we had been charged for cleanup of yard debris and repair of other items that were there when we moved in (I have pics). We had been told to clean the home (we did) and had been given instructions on what to clean. I believe we had been charged for a "thorough house and yard deep clean and some minor landscaping changes" that was not our responsibility, as the house was to be sold. I could have even had the carpets cleaned for free by a professional friend, but they declined and cleaned them themselves (as per contract)and charged. The home owner even told us what great shape the house was in, even with a cat and dog. We received only 400 + of a 1400 dollar deposit back initially, even after a few calls, when we received the rest of an "agreed on" additional refund to our deposit, they still shorted us $54 and then told us they made a mistake with the math but will have to contact the owner to get that money from him, (which simply does not make sense. Two and a half months later, still nothing and no correspondence was ever received. We knew we would not get all of our deposit back due to some late fees and 2 months of sewer coming off our initial deposit, but I believe they took advantage of the situation. In a age where people can "review" any business and tell of their experience with a company, that unfortunately is what it has come down to. The choice is yours.
