  Jose Alfredo and his mechanics saved us & have a customer for life. Making this short, he was very responsive by cell and text to coordinate the tow truck delivery from bend (on a Friday night) his team was able to get a new alternator installed in the time they promised & my daughter was only out of a car 24 hours. Which was great since she was driving the 26 miles to and from Bend to visit her dad who just had major heart surgery. I am the out of state parent who happened to be in town when it nrije down and was nice to know I could send daughter to someone I can trust to be fair and honest if she needs auto help in the future.
